LIMIT of one (1) entry Sweepstakes per person, per email
address, per day during the Promotion Period. Any entries which exceed
the Sweepstake entry limit stated above from the same email address will be disqualified.
Any attempt by a person to enter the Sweepstakes more than once in the same with
multiple email addresses may result in disqualification at the discretion of the
Promotion Entities upon prize verification.
There will be one (1) Grand
Prize Winner and fifteen (15) First Place prize winners. The potential Prize winners
will be selected in an electronic randomized drawing following the end of the Promotion
Period from all eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. The drawing
for the Grand Prize Winner will occur on or about November 16, 2012. The drawing(s)
for the First Place prize winners will occur daily throughout the length of the
promotion period. Winners will be notified by email and phone, see Prize Awarding
for details. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for
the drawing.

Toys“R”Us store, on Thursday, November 22, 2012 one hour prior to store’s opening.
- Winner and up to three Guests will be picked up by limousine, where they will be
taken to a Toys“R”Us store as chosen by Toys“R”Us where
they will be able to spend their $1,000.00 gift card.
